No Children Policy
To ensure everyone in the salon is provided with the best service, we do ask that children under 12 stay home unless they are getting a service.​If you arrive to your appointment with any children, you will kindly be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
For all new hair orders, a deposit will be collected. The deposit money will be applied on the cost of your extensions. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, there will be no return of any portion of it.

Cancellation Policy
At Blonde Gotti we require at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations/ rescheduling. If failure to do so, you will be charged with 50% of your service with the card on file. No-showing or cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of your service that you were booked for.​Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may not be able to accommodate you that same day.
